Terms & Conditions

Due to different screen resolutions, actual colours may vary from what they appear on screen.

Most of our items are created using limited edition prints. This means that we may not always have a print that you may see on social media left in stock when you visit our website.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 7 days of placing order. Though we cannot guarantee how long the shipping will take to reach you,  within Australia, we estimate it should take 14 business days from when you place your order to when you receive it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges policy

We take quality very seriously. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, with a photograph of the damaged goods.

Due to the nature of our Eye Pillows, for health reasons they are ineligible for refund.

If you change your mind, or receive one of our products as a gift and would like to exchange it for another pattern in the same item category*, we will do our best to help you out with an exchange. Please note that many of our items feature limited edition fabric designs, so we may not always have the item you would like to exchange for in stock.  To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging.

Any items returned to us which are not in their original conditions and have clearly been used will not be exchanged.
